The static clamping capacitance of the ultrasonic transducer will change with the change of temperature when the ultrasonic transducer is running. Because of the change of clamping capacitance, the original matching network parameters will change, and the change of temperature is difficult to predict. Therefore, the change of clamping capacitance will lead to the decrease of static matching, and the corresponding matching network parameters may be affected by the influence of static capacitance. A method of on-line monitoring the change of clamping capacitance is provided, which can effectively detect the static capacitance of the ultrasonic transducer during the operation of the ultrasonic transducer. A dynamic matching method is proposed. Firstly, the coupling model of inductance and the ultrasonic transducer is established, and the relationship between inductance and working frequency is obtained by the coupling model, which can be controlled when the working frequency changes. The DC input of the reactor changes the magnetic flux of the cross section to adjust the inductance of the reactor.
